Julie Haskins-White, CSA (248-842-4980), Owner/Managing Partner of Creative Eldercare Consultants, has over twenty years of professional healthcare experience in Southeastern Michigan. In addition to home care marketing and operations management, she has a strong background in assessing client’s needs and working with families to find resources and care. She served as Executive Director of Trinity Health’s Private Duty Services division, with multi-site responsibilities over 7 offices. Other experience includes directing the Oakwood Healthcare System’s Private Home Care division. She has earned the Certified Senior Advisor’s Designation, which provides an in-depth overview of the social, legal, spiritual and financial aspects of the aging process.
Creative Eldercare Consultants mission is to provide kind, responsive and knowledgeable assistance during the often stressful and time-sensitive process of making care and housing changes for a loved one. She serves as an objective yet supportive voice for families in transition and connects them to resources to assist them in finding the best senior living match.
Kari DeCarlo, BSW (248-513-7317), Vice-President of Creative Eldercare Consultants, has her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with over 20 years in health care. Kari possesses excellent assessment skills and can identify one’s needs for appropriate placement. At Creative Eldercare Consultants, Kari aims to provide professional and compassionate guidance during the challenging process of finding the best care and housing match. Her unbiased viewpoint for families will help reduce any unforeseen placement concerns during this often delicate time.
Lisa DeHart, RN, BSN, CCM (810-206-8673), Senior Placement Consultant, has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. She has worked as a Certified Nurse Case Manager with automotive injury clients and as a Legal Nurse Consultant for a prominent local law firm. Additional nursing experience includes several years in the Beaumont Hospital system, as well as home health care and clinical research work. Lisa is a warm, compassionate communicator and does an excellent job of assessing clients and providing appropriate resources and options. Her goal is to find the ideal place for her clients to have quality lives moving forward.
