Individuals who need placement ideas with monthly income above the $2180 income limit or asset limit set by the Mi-Choice Medicaid Waiver Program.
Individuals who require placement in an alternative setting due to complex behavioral or medical issues.
Adult children whose demanding work schedules or geographic location makes it difficult to assist their parents in finding appropriate housing and services.
Veterans who need direction in obtaining the Aid and Attendance Benefit to provide funding for care.
