Julie, First let me start by saying, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!! I know you heard me use the term” family in crisis” and that is exactly what we were. I can only say that if it wasn’t for you finding us and showing us that we had options , who knows where we may be right now. Because of you, our family member is in a safe environment being taken care of and getting a chance to live her life with some independence and sense of dignity. Because of you, we, her family, can live OUR lives and enjoy our family member as it is meant to be not as a responsibility or a worry but as a mother, grandma, sister or friend.

Your prompt and efficient and professional response to our crisis made us feel like you truly cared about our family member and her wellbeing. We are appreciative that you never gave up on us and worked hard to resolve the issues and conflicts. You guided us thru a very dark tunnel and showed us that there is a light at the end. No one ever wants to make the decisions and choices that we were faced with but having you there as our guide certainly made it a little easier. I will be singing your praises for a long time. I wish that I could write more eloquently and convey our thanks but I don’t think that there are any words to do that. We are looking forward to moving on and facing the next chapter of our journey.
